Experiment:

In September 2019, 10x Genomics launched the first commercial spatially resolved transcriptomic technique: Spatial Transcriptomics, developed by scientists from Karolinska Institute, Sweden. We have cooprated with the agency company of 10x Genomics. The experiment can be performed in our center.


Data analysis:

The center has established the data analysis pipeline, and developed the online data visualization platform: SpatialDB (https://www.spatialomics.org/SpatialDB/)
