  报告摘要:

  While more and more non-coding RNAs have been discovered with the utilization of new sequencing technology, the function of those ncRNAs are largely unknown. While the new experimental approaches based on sequencing technologies need to be developed, the fast accumulation of the omics-data also provides unique opportunities for solving this challenge. In this presentation, I will present two projects of our ncRNA study: 1) develop TargetLink method to specifically identify regulated targets of a microRNA (mir-21); 2) computational modeling regulation mechanism of a long non-coding RNA (NEAT1) in gene transcription. We expect both our experimental and computational methods can provide a framework for functional study of non-coding RNAs.
